This course is for an entrepreneur/owner/MD of a company who requires expert help to resolve issues related with people and HR processes and systems.

I am  a experienced consultant with over 5000 hours of facilitation and 2000 hours of business coaching to hmy credit. I have a work experience of over 34 years of which 23 years was in the Indian Army. I focus on leadership development, managerial capability building, organizational assessment, development and organizational re- engineering and setting up world class HR processes and systems for SMEs and family run businesses. 

I have worked with organizations in the manufacturing sector, service industry, telecom, media, pharma, logistics and IT/ITES in India and the middle east in various aspects of HR consulting. I have facilitated setting up HR framework to align with vision and values, setting up and refining the performance management processes to align with the vision and mission and compensation and incentive structure to drive organizational performance.I  specialize in designing and delivering customised long term Managerial and Leadership development interventions which give measurable results. I have lot of experience in setting up HR processes and frameworks and have successfully completed a number of such engagements with organizations in the manufacturing, textiles,IT/ITES, logistics and services sector.

I have  held several leadership positions in the HR field. I have been the regional head HR for Wipro, western region and head of HR for the BPS arm of Hexaware technologies where I set up the competency framework and the talent management framework for the organization.

I am a post graduate and is an alumnus of MDI Gurgaon. A certified executive coach from International association of coaches (IAC) I am  the Pune chapter President of International Association of Coaches (IAC). Currently, I am pursuing a fellow programme in organizational development from AHRD Ahmedabad.
