I have held several leadership positions in the HR field. I have been the regional head HR for Wipro, western region and head of HR for the BPS arm of Hexaware technologies where I set up the competency framework and the talent management framework for the organization.

A certified executive coach from International association of coaches (IAC) I am the Pune chapter President of International Association of Coaches (IAC).
